Prophethood
Prophethood is the office that restores alignment when a community drifts from reality—truth‑telling as structural correction rather than prediction or mysticism. It names the vocation of confronting distortion, exposing self‑deception, and re‑anchoring a people to first principles when sentiment, power, or convenience have bent the moral frame. Prophethood is not rebellion for its own sake but fidelity to the architecture of truth; its task is to recall a community to the standards it claims to uphold. When Prophethood fails or is silenced, a society loses its internal audit function and becomes unable to distinguish repentance from PR, reform from performance, or justice from spectacle.
